O2 online store not working?

    Sorry if this is the worng place for this, but it seems apt. Just wondering if anyone has had any trouble ordering from the O2.ie shop lately?

    I wanted to order a new phone, but their system doesn't seem to want me to. On my first try I was told the phone was out of stock. The second try told me I cancelled the order. And the thrid try says the warehouse are preparing it for delievery, but I've not been sent any of the confirmation emails, or even had my credit card charged.

    I've sent off emails to them and not had a reply yet (though admitedly, it was Friday morning, so I may be jumping the gun a little) and I can't ring their support line as my phone is broken and I don't have access ot another (and finding a pay phone is a little awkward, and I'm lazy! :D ).

    So I was just wondering if it's just me, or has anyone else had trouble with them?

    The o2 website is notorious for constantly having issues. Best bet is to wait it out till they get back to you or go into one of their stores if you can.
