    Hi,
In the last FE1 sitting I luckily passed 3 exams. I am unclear as to how many exams I have to sit now.

since I have received exemption for 3 legal subjects, can I now only sit two exams, and the remaining 3 in autumn of 2010.
I be really happy if you could please help. also I have a waste amount of my own legal notes on Contract, Company, Equity and EU law, if anyone is interested.

Far as I know you can take the rest 1 at a time now. Though don't take my word for it I did the other set of exams.

All that is required is that you sit 4 the first time and pass 3, after that you can sit the remaining 5 exams however you like...

Oh sorry, only discovered your reply today; do you still want notes ? if yes you are welcome to them. NB- EU notes pre Lisbon Treaty but some areas, as you know, have not been affected by Lisbon Treaty (eg competition, direct effect, 4 freedoms of movement etc) also all my notes address the changes brought about by Lisbon treaty. Quite confident as regards standard of company law notes. if you wanna get in contact please email: anjanaglaser@hotmail.com. please bear in mind that notes are very comprehensive and may be overwhelming; but its up to you
