    Hi,

We are getting maried in Italy later in the year and it looks like our wedding planner is asking for a lot of money for the legal documents - does anyone know what is involved in getting the legal documents together?

Also, we are organising the Certificat De Coutume, so what else is involved?

    Thanks,

    K

    Hi there,

I got married in Italy last year. Our wedding planner only required the church donation which was €500.

Everything else we had to do from Ireland. Everything we needed to know and did through Department of Foreign Affairs

I have a document that was sent to me by our wedding planner of the religious procedure. If you email me I will send it on to you.

Best of luck and enjoy, it was a dream location!

    :)
