Hi folks, I'm trying to help my son via telephone to set up a braodband connection in UK. He has got to the point where he needs to enter his username but the netbook won't type the @ symbol. Even when he holds the shift button it just enters the ' (apostrophe). Can anybody point us in the right direction please?
