New to the site and read some previous rather 'heated' exchanges about Alizonne...
My question is is there anyone on here who did it some time ago? i'd like to know what happened when you stopped the 'program' as such? (not under medical supervison)
    Was it hard?
How many calories did they say you could have?
Do they follow up on your progress or just leave you to it?
Do you get regular blood tests?
Do you always see a Dr or a nurse?
Any updates or responses would be great.
Lots of questions but it's an expensive program, so i want to make sure i have as many facts as possible from people who've actually done it rather than the literature that clinics give you.
P.S I'd be going to the Maidenhead Clinic if i did it, has anyone else been there and are they any good?
