Any ideas on Cross Trainer programme for a beginner

    Hey there,

    I am looking to start using a cross trainer for fitness purposes not to lose weight.

    Any suggestions as to how long I should spend on it in the beginning etc.....

    Intervals, lots of them

    all out sprint for 15-20secs fast as you can 30-40secs slower pace to catch your breathe repeat 10-20times. sorted
