does it drive anyone else f***in bonkers logging into free for all games to find there are full amount of Players nowhere to be seen...you fly around looking for them and find them all in a corner in a huddle like theyre showing each other their willys...shooting each other in the head in turns...its cheating ...if thats the only way you can build up a score to impress ppl ....WHY F***IN BOTHER!!!! :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

Havent come across it myself as I dont play FFA but I'd just stun em and gun em.That would make your score look impressive.!!

yep true...its on the cards....seems to be happening more and more though for some reason...never came across it on the mw1...or on free for all now they work in 3's with one high up and two lookouts...very annoying...if they want to play TEAM games there are plenty of options for them...

Two guys standing in a remote corner using Scavenger and Tactical Insertions and one shooting the other to get Killstreak Rewards and usually a nuke. I generally find them by hearing the resupply sound and following it - best thing I find is killing the two of them just before they have enough kills for a nuke

I found a couple of plonkers camped out in the corner Afghan last nite doin this "Boosting thing". Took me a while to figure out what they were up to but i got great pleasure in icing the little cheats when i did!

Back when I played WoW, long long ago, there were tangible rewards for PVPing. As such, it's inevitable that you'd do your utmost to reduce competition and increase the efficiency of points gain.

Not really a huge problem on the PC probably due to the fact theres no leaderboards. I think in all my matches ive only encountered it once and was unaware until the very end. It didnt bother me, its sad but i dont care about it tbh. Its a community based problem. I dont know how they could combat it without removing tactical insertion which i doubt they will do.

What does annoy me is the aimboting / wallhacking. The worst is the fecking carepackage glitch. A quick hot fix could sort that out. Why are they ignoring it for so long. Its so rampent in game too, just fix it ffs.

Only noticed these kinds of tools once.....in Rundown in Ground War.

A member from opposite teams "doing it" behind a shack.

I could only kill the guy on the opposite team though.

Rankingwise....What about these pages and pages of 100% accuracy.....what is the point of building up ranks etc with this cr"p going on?

I noticed it in FFA only tonight,Got nuked after 5 or 6 mins in the game. Its a pain in the asre but as has been said just shoot the fcukers til they realise they should be playin Team Deathmatch games instead!!!

cant stand when you go on leaderboards and they have a couple of million kills and no or MINUS deaths, how can they not combat this like they did with the chipped xboxes and kick people from the network or ban the accounts.

id say its the sound of their tactical insertion its pretty loud. i dont think they would need scavenger imo

If your getting dominated by killstreaks theres a good chance some1 is but to know for sure check the scoreboard and if 1 guy has gotten way too much kills too quickly and 1 or 2 guys have loads of deaths then theyre defiantly boosting Easiest way to to get them is just think about where the most obscure part of the map is and kill them. then kill them after they respawn with their t.i.s

like 90% of nukes on ffa are boosters

Happened 3 times to me tonight, all IRA heads with anti Brits Tags, they were IrishAssassin, I Jeff iRL I and IrishSniper643, One game one would have 25 straight kills and the next game the other would. I guess one guy tossed the other off while the third was on point duty:mad:

I had two lads doing this in the airport, just outside the huge glass window there is a tiny slither of space, tactical insertion etc to get a nuke. I looked at the score one guy had 16 kills the other had 16 deaths. Needless to say they both found themselves on the wrong end of an RPD!

I had two muppets out in underpass on FFA over by the containers boosting each other, nothing better than sneaking up on them and throwing a semtex nade and blowing the crap out of them.

And waiting for them to spawn and do it again.

only boost I've ever come accross was team deathmatch and it was 2 irish guys one was called patthebutcher, it was in terminal just outside the glass window. i just waited on them to drop a tactical insertion and i claymored the fcuker...he had to fight his way back to the boost spot then.. it didnt happen

Every third or fourth game of FFA I play is ruined by idiots who are boosting. One guy that was doing it was boasting on his profile that he has 12 nukes. Well done, you must be really proud.

I think Ive seen this guy too, and I had a feeling he was trying to boost. Would be funny if we found bhim and all tried to join his game and go vigilante on his arse...keep following him wherever he went lol.

Actually I'm think where the best spots for doing this are in each map...sometimes they are hard to spot and I'd love to be able to take em out. I know in quarry, there is a few spots hidden by foliage as you are on your way to that massive ramp up the left hand side of the map.

I don't come across them at all, I have every Irish player i meet set as preferred so there is a better chance of not being put in an game hosted in America, so i don't think we're the worst at it if the rest of you keep finding Irish players doing it.

Found 2 English players doing it last night, talking about it loudly over their headsets. I didn't even have one and heard it clearly. They were in highrise in one of the back rooms.

One of them won, but never got his nuke because there was a French fella who ran riot and killed them (and me) pretty much constantly. Was actually pretty fun listening to them whine that their cheating wasn't working.

I tried my first cage match on MW2 last night. Was put into Rust with some American teenager. He had a headset, I didn't.

Was calling me by my username, saying "(Username), I need some help with my P90 gun, can you help me with my P90 gun, I need more kills with it. Don't shoot me, meet me beside the truck". So I went to the truck, and he says "Ok, I'm gonna shoot you now". He was actually lying prone at this stage, so was probably trying to complete some prone P90 challenge. After letting myself be killed about 5 or 6 times by him, I changed class to my preferred gun, respawned in front of him, and shot the head off him. You should've heard him, he was like "No! What are you doing? Let's try that again".

I ended the game, so he wouldn't have gotten any bonus for it. It was so funny hearing him whine when he realised what I had done.

I mean, ffs, if you wanna mess around like that, get a friend (although he just sounded like he didn't have any friends) and waste their time. He wasted my cage match, so I thought it only right to give him some payback, and waste his time.

Two more nukes tonight, I found them in the second game, when they had 18 straight kills, but they still got the nuke, A nuke like that is pointless but I guess it's just kids doing it.

got nuked today after 5 minutes...25 kills no deaths and surprise surprise his buddy was the opposite way round, this is really putting me off playing free for all which is the one i love..would there be anyway that infinity ward could stop this...i doubt it
