    Hi folks,

I am planning on running the Dublin marathon this year.

I go out running about 4-5 times a week and usually do about 6-7 miles however I'm looking for some tips as how to builld onwards and upwards from this point. Is there any good tips available apart from just gradually building up distance.

    Thanks for any advice!!

You might be better off asking on the Athletics/Running/Triathlon forum. Most of the marathon chat goes on over there :)

    Hi there

For support and help with questions you have or issues that arise when training for a marathon, then as has already been advised you will probably get better responses on the Athletics/Running/Tri forum.

However a good place to get some decent training schedules is here

    Best Regards,

    M
