Taking children to UK

    Just would like to know if it is possible for my exwife to take my children to live in Uk. seperated for 5 years 5 children 3 were born in Uk 2 in Ireland all have irish passports. she wants to take 2 youngest. i have never needed help with access or anything i have one of the oldest who lives with me full time other 4 saty with me 2 0r 3 days a week. can she still take them from me?

    Please see a solicitor, this is a serious issue and not one for random gratuitous advice from anonymous posters. The answer is it turns on the facts and the details of your separation agreement relating to custody.
