    I am having a peculiar problem with some of my SKY HD Channels. The following HD channels are either freezing or pixelating after about ten seconds or not opening at all. I get the message "No Satellite Signal being received"........All the other HD channels seem to be OK.

    Problem Channels are:

    Luxe TV
    Premier
    Screen2
    Family
    MGM..


    Can anyone help before I ring sky

    maybe your dish has moved slightly,
    press services,0,4

    this should show you the signal quality and strength.

    what make and how old is the box?

    All the other channels in the HD and SD are working perfectly......I am getting readings of over 50% strength and over 90 to 95% quality in all the other channels except the ones i am having trouble with.

    It is a Thomson box and is about 15 months old

    Hi Jimmy, I had a similar issue with SKYHD, they came and changed my box...still the same, the sky guy then changed my LNB and the issue was gone...HTH.
