Cant do it during the day as in work and no showers here.
Cant do it when i go home as its dark and too dangerous on the paths
Roads too bad to go to the gym

I am fell up of it:mad:

At least i get two runs on the grass in the park this weekend, sat and sunday morn!

Was actually thinking about this the other day, seems to be good light from them, but not sure i'd fancy my local park after dark at all,

Fresh powdery snow this morning. Going to chance a walk/run this afternoon on the path along the Dodder.

baby wipes. The secret to lunch time running with no shower.
Boots ones are crap, stock up on Johnson and Johnson when they are in special.

Sponge bath in the disabled toilet for me, never tried baby wipes.

best bet would be tomorrow morning, possibility of snow starting sat evening and keeping going for a few days.

Although running in fresh snow is fun and much nicer than the ice..

Just back from a 16 miler in Phoenix Park. The roads on the South side of the park had no traffic so I was running in the middle of the road. It was absolutely brilliant. I was wearing trail runners though so I had great grip and I was well covered up. If possible I'd recommend getting out there tomorrow if not for a run then at least a walk!
