    Hi All,

Hope someone can help. Water pipes seem to have frozen - no cold water from the taps. Also no hot water from any taps now, if I'm guessing I'd say thgat means that the tank has run out and can't refill due to frozen pipes?

Now question is can I turn on the heating without causing any problems?

The water in your heating loop should be seperate from any other water so yes you should be able to turn on the heating.
