    What will happen? I was stopped while driving on the phone and got points. Was meant to produce insurance and driver lisence but forgot and got summons in post today with court date should I just go to court and bring everything. what will happen?
    Did this ever happen anyone!

    Contact the Garda who sent you the summons and explain to him you forgot about it... You have nothing to worry about.
