Is ebay the cheapest place for Kayanos?

I've been looking for these myself and ebay is to date the cheapest I've seen. Was looking to buy them in the Arnotts sale last weekend but they said they weren't doing any sale on the Kayano 16s as they were current stock and they'd sold out of the 15s. Champion Sports are doing a sale on the 16s but not brilliant only reducing them from 140 to 125. I've heard of Elverys having them for 119 so must check that over the weekend. Otherwise might get them in Champion as can always bring back in case there's any faults later.

I use the following two websites in the UK generally much cheaper than buying over here.

    www.startfitness.co.uk

    www.sweatshop.co.uk

You will pick up a pair of Kayano 15's very cheap. Look for Spring Summer colour of Kayano 16's they will be cheaper than the Autumn Winter colour. No difference in the shoe, just the colours:)

Normally, I buy the old model in the Arnotts sale every year, but they don't have any left this year. I can't find the 15s anywhere (even online), so I will probably just buy the 16s on ebay. Those two websites above don't have my size in the 15s either, but thanks for the recommendation- I might get some other stuff off startfitness.

That website doesn't have the Kayano 15s in my size either (size 11). :(

I'll just go with the 16s.

The cheapest store I've seen the Kayano 16s in is Elverys in the sale, they have them reduced from 140 to 119. Arnotts are not doing any sale on them and still have them at 140. Champion Sports have them on sale at 125 from 140. Don't see them any cheaper than Elverys price of 119 online when postage and everything is included to Ireland.

I bought some Kayano 16's just after christmas from http://www.startfitness.co.uk for £105 incl. delivery. I can never get my size in any shops here (7 1/2). They arrived in about 4 days - and came with free socks!!

Seen Kayano 15s in Chamption sports, upstairs Jervis Center Dublin for 99 euro.

I got a pair of 15's from Amphibian King in Bray at the start of December. Might be worth a ring to see if they have your size still in stock - I paid €105 for them.

    What colour were they?

Lifestyle sports on Henry St also had Kayano 15s yesterday in a white/silver/gold colour. Looked fairly similar to the new 16s, thought it was them on first glance. Only had sizes 6, 7 and 13 left and selling for 99 euro.

    Hi,

Make sure you check ebay.com also. If you are willing to go with the older models you can be quite lucky. I got a pair of Kayano 13's last year and with postage etc they worked out at €57. I know most people like to have the latest version but these are the same as I had been wearing and have worked out great. C

Hi guys, just saw kayanos on www.sub4.ie for around €105 plus 3 free energy gels. A friend of mine ordered off them last week and said he got a free Irish Runner magazine thrown in so they might be worth checking out.

Noticed this also! In fairness though, prices seem to be pretty competitve, especially for an Irish website (although there is no address available anywhere on the site). Nike LunarGlide+ for 75 euro, pretty good.

+1. I'd support an Irish trader before I'd give my euro's to oversea's sites and your prices look good, BUT, you'll need an address and landline phone number on your site.

Yep, I remember them, they were big at the time, nice gear. They had a few elite athletes signed up with them. I think John Walker was one of their big names.

It was the gear to be seen in back then alright.

Bruce Wayne 2 is new to boards.ie so you have to have a 1st thread at some time or another Lost in da hack.

Thats a good deal in Elverys too, well worth checking out too. Whether its Elverys or the lads in Sub4.ie, they are both Irish so I''ll be supporting both for my running gear.
