    Hi guys

I have a 10lbs bag of Whey Protein that I didnt get around to drinking yet

It was out of date in November 2009

I'm just wondering if it would still be ok to take it? Otherwise its a complete waste of money!

    Thanks in advance

Generally speaking, anything that is not meat or animal fats, is dated VERY conservatively.

I'm not advising you to take it however, just saying.

Lads, same question. I found a chicken breast in the back of the fridge there that's probably been there a few months. Is it okay to eat? It smells a bit funky, but doesn't raw chicken always smell anyway? Let me know, thanks.

No need to even cook it, you can eat it raw when its been there a few months.

Roper, Rub it off your quim and turn 36o degrees on your left foot.

As long as you dont sneeze twice you should be ok

Edit: Sorry, unless its a leapyear... youre actually looking for the double sneeze in that case.

You don't often see the word quim written down.

A "best before" date is fine to eat, as opposed to a "use by" date, which wouldn't be safe to consume. The latter applies to chicken.
