New boiler advice

My natural gas boiler is acting up on me again. Its only five years old. Last year I had the pcb replaced which took 4 days to get sorted and this is our second day without central heating with a baby in the house. I'm thinking of cutting my losses and getting a new boiler.
I've done some research online but I dont know the first thing about plumbing or heating so I'm starting from scratch. I think I need a 24kwh or 80000btu unit. I need a unit thats good value ,is efficient and one thats reliable.

Any advice on what is a good make and how much would it be likely to cost me.

Thanks in advance for your comments.
