It has a large American user base, and it's the 11th biggest message board on the Internet.

    Easy.
Declare War on Problem. Tell the public they face imminent danger from Problem's WMD. Manufacture shaky evidence to point at same. Invite your buisness buddies/cronies/puppetmasters to help you invade Problem against international law and opinion. Occupy Problem indefinitely with barely enough troops all the while allowing cronies to profit massively. Deny all knowledge of aforementioned manufacturing of shaky evidence. Massively fail to fix any of the problems of Problem. Take Problem's oil. Retire to your ranch in Texas.

The Gaia online forums, followed by 4chan, followed by d2jsp, and then the IGN forums.
