Hotmail\Msn Contacts removed and mail sent

    Hi all

    Wonder can anyone help me here. I accepted someone recently on msn which I thought was somebody I knew. Sent them a message asking then who they were and got no response so I blocked them. Today I've learned this mail was sent to all my contacts

    I've checked my hotmail and msn contacts and they are all gone.

    Any ideas on what to do? I've changed my password

    the exact same thing happened me. same message and all. Weird thing is I never got an iphone , the only thing I can think of is that I got a new modem and wonder if thats what caused it.

    I am in the same position as both you guys, it has me baffled and i can't get any of my contacts back and my account won't recieve mail..... any help would be greatly appreciated??

    your account wont receive mail because the mailware changed your junk filter to exclusive... so it removed anyone emails your account knew, so anyone that was in your contacts goes straight to junk mail and then immediately deletes the mails in junk.

    I'm still waiting for someone to reply to me on windows live help forum.
