    Some of you may remember me posting about a faulty A Designs Pacifica pre amp , where i found after looking inside , that someone had done a home soldering job on one op amp board ?

    well I moaned to KMR AUDIO - who did fcuk all about it , and can suck my balls from now on when I want to get new gear ,

    and I moaned to A designs .

    The owner Peter Montessi got on to me and the up shot is he sent me two new matching op amp boards for postage costs only , i sent him back the dodgy looking one.

    Now thats customer care .
