Motor problem.

Got a Dreambox 800HD. Guy in shop tuned in 30W, 13E, 19E and 28E. Took box home and have USALS setup. The motor will switch between the sats already tuned in but when I go to try tune a new satellite say 16E or 23.5E it wont find them yet can find the ones already tuned ! Any suggestions ?
