Cancellation Fee or Full Contract Fee

Currently living in a rented apartment which has a UPC (NTL) feed with 17 analogue channels for free :D. They were live when I plugged in the tv. Think its due to the apartment block all on a feed from a locked room which UPC couldn't be bothered accessing to disconnect people, so everyone has free analogue.

I'm considering getting digital as the analogue is poor quality, however I'm not sure if I will be there a full year or not, so just doing a bit of enquiring.

If I signed a 12-month contract and if I cancel it mid-contract do you pay the remainder of the contract or just a cancellation fee of €100??? (or whichever is greater) (btw was thinking of getting Digital select).

I'm aware that if I move I can bring the contract to my new address etc.

Also I can't do a dish as I face west:( would do if I could as I have a freesat tv)

    Cheers.

I think there is a good chance analog my go this year.

You can move you account only if you move into a place with UPC cable.
100 Euro if you cancel before the end of the contract.
