Toll overcharging M6 (Cappataggle toll)

    I was just checking my Tolltag account balance and I spotted my Private car charged at commercial rates for 3 consecutive dates heading East just before the Christmas holidays. West bound charge was correct and East bound charge prior to the 3 dates were correct. I have sent Parkmagic an email to investigate and correct the over charging.
    On all these journies I used the 50kmph drive through automatic lane.

    Check your account to see if its an isolated error or more widespread.

    They're charging my commercial at private car rates (easytrip) at the moment. Well, I've taken it once westbound, before christmas...

    Yes, the toll has dropped from 1.90 to 1.80.

    The sign at the Cappataggle tollgate sometimes flashes BUSES at me instead of CAR, but when I check my account, I've never been done for the wrong toll so far.

    My tag got charged for a trip on the M3, near Navan. I have never used this road, neither has my wife. We both drive passanger cars and it was a commerical charge...
