    Hi Guys

Myself and 2 business partners are planing to open a rehearsal studio for bands later this year with an adition of a recording studio also that will be done later in the project ,
The facility will be located in the Cavan/Monoghan region .
Im looking for some feedback from bands in these areas as to where they are rehearsing and recording at the moment (you dont have to name studios etc as we know the competition) , all we want is an idea how far bands are prepared to travel in these regions for a good studio, or is it easier for you to rehearse at home because you cant get one ?, the uptake and opinions may determin the scale of the project.
We plan this to be a fairly large scale set up in an industrial estate , potentialy up to 10 rehearsal rooms with a state of the art recording studio.
We have viewed a couple of units in these 2 counties already which would be ideal but we would love some honest feedback from musicians also (ie) things you would like to see in a rehearsal studio but dont , how flexable would you like us to be with regards rehearsing times etc

Many thanks, and please leave a comment or suggestion that may be of use.
