broadband switch over

    just a quick question im going cancelling my digiweb dsl account today and digiweb specify i need to give 30 days notice but i have read that they usually switch you off straight away, im going with utv internet so i was wondering do i order the broadband with them today,so ill have their router sitting ready for when digiweb goes or is no point until my 30 days notice are up, i want to minimize downtime. also am i required to post back my dsl router?

    You shouldn't need to cancel. UTV should be able to port you over to them without any downtime.

    You'll have to ask Digiweb about the modem return.
