How long does it take to loss fitness? I am just curious about this because I haven't done any sprint training for 25 day because I have been busy with work and I had 0% time.

I didn't stop weightlifting-Heavy and Core workouts though because I work in a gym. So How much fitness do you thing I have lost? :S

Well you kept your S&C up so you won't have lost too much but you will probably have lost sharpness. 3.5 weeks is a long time and you may feel the pain in the first few sessions back and feel like crap. Depends on the athlete though. I have seen many times where someone is injured for maybe 2-3 weeks and does no running but just rehab and then blows out a PB or SB. You'll be fresh but you'll probably suffer in the first few sessions but if you had a good run of consistent training up to the running break then you will be back to where you were in half the time you were off, so maybe 12 days. No logic to that just a rule I have in my head when you miss short bits of training.
