so i met a really nice man while working the other night. we hit it off and flirted all night and he flat out told me he liked me and that he'd see me again, but while i was gone for a fag all the patrons of said workplace got cleared out... therefore no exchanging of numbers.
this wouldnt really bother me other than i was only working there for that one night, so if he was interested he cant just go in and see if i'm there.
so what do i do now.. all i know is his first name and i kinda know one of his friends to see (i dont even know that guys name, just a kindof nodding smiling aquaintance type thing)
would it be weird and going into stalking territory to give the friend my number to pass on?
or should i just hope to bump into him again sometime..

Dont give your number to a stranger to give to another stranger... This guy knows where you work so he knows he can find you again there if he wants to....

I take it you work in a pub? If he said he'll see you again and the feeling is mutual I'd hang on for a while and see if he shows up again. Maybe only go into the number passing-on territory if he hasn't reappeared for the next couple of weeks.

yeah, i dont think i can give my number to the friend, i'd just feel weird about it, but like i said, i dont actually work there, it was just a once off. so if he did reappear i'd never know
