Hi, Just wondering if anyone has come across the following problem. I got a new IPod Nano for Christmas and sucessfully downloaded ITunes on my laptop. The problem is when i try to reboot the laptop I get the following error message " Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library - The app has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way".
I can't get past this error message as it won't let me cancel or close the error pop up window!
I'm using windows vista on a fairly new laptop with plenty of space free.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
