I want to set a bank account up in America. I buy parts off a guy in the US
and if I have an account in the same bank as his, the money will get to him
quickly. I live in Ireland and pay all my income tax, so it should be legit.

Do they have international customers? or do I have to give them an
    Americian address?

    All help appriacted thanks.

    Tough, if near not impossible.

You would need a US address, proof of address, US social security number etc etc.

Can you not just use a credit card, or set up a credit account with him, where he bills you monthly for the products you've bought? That would generally be how it's done. Setting up a bank account in the US, while you remain living in Ireland, will be nigh on impossible.

I would just transfer money to him via PayPal...
