Crawling down Dublin Hill this morning, Halfway down slid sideways into footpath , luckily no damage done, only to my nerves.
No gritting or warning signs. They gritted around the grotto why didn't start up the hill.

Apparently there is a grit shortage!

Be extremely careful if you have to walk up and down the hills across the northside. Investing in a pair of spikes for your shoes might prevent accidents if you really need to be walking up and down Dublin Hill.

They seem to grit in only certain areas and not even on main roads sometime. They gritted our housing estate in but then didn't bother gritting the main road outside it!? U would think they would just grit the main road instead if there is actually a shortage
