Shawer pull cords burning out

    A friend of mine couldn't turn off his pull cord switch in one of his showers at home.I had a look at it and the switch was completely burnt out.For pigs sake I checked the other one and that was the same.He has a priority box which i looked at and that is wired properly so i was wondering does anyone have any ideas what might have caused this.The connections seemed tight.

    you need a sparkie to replace with quality switches and test wiring after.

    it's not related to controller

    Use crabtree pullcord switches.

    if he can avoid switching the 'shower load' with the new pull cords that will help extend life.
