    All filesharing will be distributed encrypted peer to peer by end of 2010, needing no tracker servers or centralised servers of any kind. (think how Skype works, which can do encrypted p2p voice, files, video and text on port 80 and without central servers, it's developed from Kaaza).

    comreg will still be putting massive amounts of effort into ensuring they don't have to do anything so they can leave everything the same and fudging figures.
