Seriously i'm getting lost trying to find this forum now, in 5 days it's had 3 names. I understand it's for SSF, but enough is enough, pick a name, stick with it, cause it's pissing me off!

Although I agree the SSF is a worthy cause, I can see where the frustration comes from. It hasn't exactly been smooth. Top of the forum says Classic Rock but it's still The Culchie Forum on the menus.

Afaik, it takes 24 hours for the menu to change.

Subbed to AH forum should stop any confusion.

I just go to View New Posts, and go to whatever thread I'm interested in. Problem solved without the need of bookmarks.

I don't mind the name changing as such, but the fact that whatever is the current name is never the same as it is in the drop down menu is a bit irritating.

I have to say I'm loving the name changes and different themes.
It's really livened the place up.
Would be nice to see it as a regular feature,once a fortnight or month,or something.

It makes me wonder how some people ever found AH in the first place. They whinge about the changes, but seem to struggle to take any of the simple advice given here to find the forum whatever the name.

Anyway, I think it has been a great success. The people complaining are very much in the minority (probably less than a dozen or so have posted they are particularly unhappy with it in various threads)

Perhaps next year we should do it slightly differently - anyone who wants a particular name can put it forward with their bid, and if anyone does not want that name they can bid more to retain AH for that day. SSF benefits either way. And if anyone really does not like it, they can do something about it (other than the obvious of putting AH into their subbed or favourites list)
