    Hi all,

I decided to buy a large, fresh tuna steak today for dinner tonight but I've no idea what to do with it! Any recommendations?

I was thinking of just having it with french beans and buttery mash, but not sure what kind of sauce to use?

    Thanks in advance!

Lime, chilli and fresh coriander go really well with tuna.
I love tuna, rice and fresh salsa.

But remember that tuna cooks VERY quickly.
Just flash it in a smoking hot pan.
If you're going to overcook tuna you may as well have tinned.

If you're having mash and green beans, then try pepper sauce with it. Maybe?

Cook in a hot pan. Remove from the pan, and make a sauce using soy sauce, a little sugar, a little warm water and some rice wine. It'll thicken up as it reduces. Pour over the tuna and serve with buttered egg noodles and something like griddled asparagus. Nyom.
