    Hi,

I am fairly dumb when it comes to stuff like this but can someone tell me what is the Tax Credits for a single person under 30?

I can see that the tax credits for a single person are E1830 but so is the PAYE tax credits and everybody gets that right? So do you get both or just the higher one?

    cheers.

Your best bet for tax stuff would be the Accountancy forum.

    This came with individualisation.

PAYE tax credits are for people who are working paying tax via PAYE.

Everyone is entitled to the individual tax credit (unless they are claiming the married people's tax credit)

There is a thread stickied that outlines your credits- you can have as many as you are entitled to.

PAYE credit is for PAYE workers
    Personal credit is given regardless.
