Powerball anyone?

    I got a powerball (from Argus) at christmas, its abit tricky at the start and then its fun (will probably be left on the shelf after a while though:rolleyes: )
    Fore arms are sore today , so must be working.

    Anyone got one/ use one? Any good or just another gimmick?

    Thanks for your very helpful and constructive reply, unfortunately it was not clear whether or not you have a powerball or not, or if you find them any good?

    it was however clear that you think you are a smart -ar$e. . . . . . . . . . . and remember no one likes a smart-ar$e

    To be fair, there have been a few threads about powerballs (including some recently). It would be best if you did a search.

    You can keep the smart arse comments to yourself too please. Report a post if you have a problem with it.

    Boards is a big place. I didnt see a thread about powerballs in the first few pages (in fairness, i'm not often on the fitness forum).
    I was a bit miffed at the smart comment reply to what I thought was a simple question.
