    Didnt make it to the bookies today but I notice Boyles and PP are advertisting January Sales on their windows. Anything interesting?

    Sales is a nonsense term. Example in Badcrooks - Pick 3 greyhounds in a dog race and do a combo forecast and tricast and you get two of the 12 bets for free. Back a Southwell winner and if the SP returns 8/1 or greater, 2 points are added on for singles. They were some of today's offers. Great if you do those specific bets and I'd imagine the other firms are probably similar.

    What i seen in pp today was Kilkenny for the All Ireland was 6/4 from 1/1. Plus Big Bucks for the world hurdle and Kauto for the Gold cup 7/2 the double.

    Enquired in Boylesports the last 3 days what their advertised 3 for 2 offer was and told they had none on :eek:

    Typical false advertising.

    January sale my arse.

    Well I was in there most of yesterday afternoon and they had the 3 for 2 screens on at least 2 in the racing and 1 in the sports area all afternoon.
    Never bothered to check what they were doing mind you, was watching the football ;).
    Still they enhanced Trap 3 in the 5.07 (I think it was) backed it even though it was 3rd fav at 3/1 - enhanced to 10/3, it won in a photo :D
