Is it expensive and/or time-consuming? I was of a mind to sell photographic prints...

Thank you Magnus! The impression that I receive is that the waiting time is lengthy.

There is a Sunday market in Claregalway business park every sunday. You could try and sell your prints there. Don't think it is expensive. It has only been in operation for the past 4-5 weeks. Worth a shot.

Or the indoor market in Dominic St. (Ask there for details)

Or the Long Walk market in Nimmos at Spanish Arch (upstairs, Saturdays).

I have no idea how the recession has impacted the queue of people wanting market licences. Seem to remember that it's an annual thing, though, with renewals in October (don't quote me on that month, may be wrong).

Maybe go down there any get talking to some of the existing traders: someone may be willing to sell your prints on their existing, licensed, stall.

Fenster- I'd suggest approaching an existing stall as well. Could even stand behind stall if stall 'owner' agrees. That way you could chat to potential buyers and see if there's much business. Then take it from there.

I was at Claregalway one the first weekend and loathed it. Just like a big rubbish sale, too busy. Could be better now.

I was thinking of approaching a stall to sell a few if mine, Id reckon you have a lot more sellable pics than me. If you do either approach will you let me know how you get in?
    Cheers,
    pa
