I dont think anyone can recommend a therapist for you. What you should do is go to your GP and ask them to refer you. Thats the normal course of events and they refer you and can monitor your progress in therapy.

Thats how its done.

As CDfm said, you should visit your GP and discuss this with them first. There are many different kinds of therapists, but by speaking to your GP they'll be able to assess what's right for you so you can receive the proper treatment.
