TNR programmes in waterford area?

anyone know if there are any trap, neuter and release programmes in the waterford area? someone i know is currently feeding a couple of feral cats and is happy to do this but wants to nip the breeding in the bud.

You could try the Waterford SPCA? if they can't help they may know of someone.
