There appears to be a new pastime evident in this country for some time past. The idea is to join up with the usual bunch of scumbags, drink and drug yourself stupid on some nearby wasteground. Then stagger into your local town around 1 am, pick on someone making their way home from a night out (preferably respectable). Knock them to the ground and proceed to kick them to near-death .. don't kill them .. They will then be taken to the nearby hospital and helicoptered to Beaumont where they will die after a few days. What a lovely pastime. All this must be done while wearing a hoodie and tracksuit bottoms. You will eventually be arrested but do not forget to buy a copy of the "Star" to hide your ugly mug when you are being ushered into court where instead of getting the death penalty, which you deserve, you will be remanded to a comfortable cell in Cloverhill or Castlerea. What is this useless Government doing to take steps to eradicate this "pastime" ? A judge recently called for a Death Penalty introduction.. there is an argument for it or more innocent young (and old) lives will be lost simply by being in the wrong place at the wrong time.

I'm against the death penalty, in any circumstances, what do you do when the person is put to death and then turns out, he/she was innocence, it has happen time and time again over the years.

Give them hard labour, stop prisons being a holiday camp and they just may not want to go back.

It may help to make them get a job to as the majority of this hooligans are unemployed, sleep all day and cause trouble all nite.

No, no, no..it is not about the death penalty. I just do not want to see any more relatives of these unfortunate innocent victims having to bury their loved ones in closed coffins. Something has to be done as this is now a NIGHTLY occurence.
