Flights departing today 01/01/10

I'm looking up the DAA website and there is nothing on any of the status for departures. And I can't hear any planes taking off? Would I be right to say nothings happening up there at the mo? :confused: I've a flight to catch later. :(

According to DAA they expect ops to start @1030.

Expect delays and disruption to schedules though as there will be a knock on effect.

They were on Newstalk the Airport was closed but is back open now?

It's back open now but lots of delays (the airport was mad when I was there earlier). Lots of AL flights are cancelled so check before you go. We checked before we left and it was "on time" and as soon as we went into the airport the notice board said "cancelled", my mate got a text saying cancelled and there was an annoucement. All within 60 seconds.
