According to the new rules you can only rent out a house if you are renting 6 months or are on the housing list. But what happens if you arent called to the housing list interview yet? i have been waiting a couple of months but still havent got an interview and need to move out as soon as possible. Whaat can i do?

I don't think the lack of interview will be held against you. However, discuss it with your Community Welfare Officer or Threshold or Citizens Information.
