    Not true. You start counting at zero. Otherwise using your logic the millennium would have been 2001 and not 2000 :D

    So after the festivities and not training I'm about 2kg up :eek:

    I know its not real weight, water, bloating, excessive carb intake etc - but still not nice to see :mad:

    Back to the GYM tomorrow :pac:

    Don't leave it that long. I avoided them for weeks. Got a bit of a shock when I eventually did hop on. :eek:
