Hiow good or bad is it for runners?

    Whats the benefits it any?

I swim a little bit but some people said its good and others said it makes no difference. Does it not stretch out your muscles for you?

A little bit doesn't do you any harm but too much can strain some of your back muscles, but the chances of this happening are minimal.

Pesonally I don't swim that often but it can be good if you have any injuries or niggles.

The natural massaging for your legs is meant to be good, plus it benefits your upper body strenght.
