Hi, I used ediets before, just google it, you pay for the service but it wasn't too expensive and there isn't a minimum term, it plans all your meals and snacks for you, just chose the low GI plan! :)

    Hi from another PCOS sufferer.

The GI (Glycemic Index) diet used to be the recommended diet, but by all accounts GL (Glycemic Load) diet is the way to go now - apparently, it's more effective and a lot easier to work with, as it is far less restrictive.

I found this book a couple of years ago, and find it really great - http://www.amazon.co.uk/Big-GL-Diet-Planner-Combinations/dp/1844833011
I got it in Hodges Figgis in Dublin, but haven't seen it there since. My sister borrowed it and found it brilliant. I have a few other books, both GI & GL, but I think this is the easiest one to follow, with quick recipes.
    Another book I'd recommend is Patrick Holford's - http://www.amazon.co.uk/Holford-low-Diet-Cookbook-low-Glycemic/dp/0749926422/ref=pd_sim_b_6
There are some slightly more complicated dishes but maybe more interesting ones in it. A very good book. It's a better known one, and gets a lot of good reviews.
