Number One was Soup. Yes, Soup. *sigh*

Better than TV3's top moments of the year though (at least 4 were from the Appentice this year, and around half were from TV3's main schedule).

I was gonna put up a posting but it's the same old predictable countdowns lie is normally done by Craig Doyle. Usual contributors... *yawn*

Being RTE, invariably it will be repeated, probably several times... Personally thought it was as banal as it's godawful host Marty Whelan, talk about superficial and glossing over some of the huge societal shifts that have been taking place in these interesting times! Soup, beans, cereal...... Seriously? What would your observations be if you were to make your own top 10 list? :)

it was ok. The young guy with the beard (Slane 1984 poster in the background) was pretty patronising - anyone know who he is?

Think it's this lad you're talking about. he was on Delamere's thing before it. RTE again. Use the same twenty lads and a few token mares like Twink and Tubridy's missus and that's it.

Anyone got their own observations as to things that were included/excluded from the list?

    that's him.

    I don't get it.

Smarmy and conceited delivery coupled with an irritating penchant for talking down to the audience.

He's not too bad. He might be Marty's son!

Maybe he should stick to comedy?

A pretty well done piece of watchable fluff though. Thought some of the script was actually quite funny..

I thought marty was brilliant on it..real cringe funny stuff, like the picture of him on winning streak and walking through ann summers...can't help but laugh...dermot whelan is good enough on the radio (98fm i think) but just an average comedian
