get lazy. soo after about 9 months of the above I am starting to get really sick

of them. can anybody tell me some new ideas for breakfast. I have started

eating sausages with burgen bread(grilled) on occasion now as I am soo bored of the obove

I make egg muffins that can be made in bulk and frozen and then zapped in the microwave as needed.

Just beat some eggs and pour into into muffin trays with your chosen filling and bake for 12 mins at 200C

You can fill them with any veg, meat or herbs you have in the cupboard.

My favourites include pancetta and mushrooms or smoked salmon and cubes of feta, but the possibilities are endless.

are there any particular foods you want to include or avoid?

Muesli only takes 30 seconds to prepare . scrambled egg doesnt even count as cooking IMO ! - bout 90 seconds in the microwave ..
Fresh berries, raspberroes, blue berries and straw berries are great too, lots of nutrients and low calories ... im not a fan of sausages (Q, temple_grandin :D) but if you have time to cook them, why not try some grilled rashers and tomatoes, makes a good breakfast along with some brown toast ..

I have tofu scramble with faux rashers chopped in and loads of veg, porridge with fruit or sweet potato/pumkin etc.., I love left over curry esp chickpea or lentil in the mornings with a wholemeal pitta or some rye bread and yoghurt (seriously if you've never had indian leftovers for brekkie try it it's amazing for some reason!) and I've gotten really into having stir/fried and steamed veg for breakfast with tofu or tempeh or something and a big dollup of hummous and lots of seeds on top. Green smoothies are a good one for people who don't really like eating early you can add seeds, nuts, yoghurt etc and get a good dose of green veggies in aswell as fruit but I would only reccomend it if you have no digestive problems. Fruit salad with seeds and nuts would be a quick and easy one you could have made in advance too. Chickpea flour (besan) or buckwheat pancakes with savory veg, bean, tofu fillings are a good one on the weekends.
Anyone else into wierd cooked breakfasts?

You can make lots of thick pancakes and stick them in the fridge and pop them in a toaster to reheat. I make them using porridge oats, easy way to get oats & an egg in the morning. More here on them

yeah did these for a while as well:D. you just get to a stage were you get sick of it, but I will spin it again. I am still on the porridge, but if i eat any more muesli in the next 3 months i will vomit. would just be nice to get something new that I thought was delicious . I am just worried that I will go off porridge etc for life if I over do it.

That's why i went a few weeks of eating sausages etc. you just get soo sick off it.
