Freesat EPG 5 minutes slow

    Anyone else got this problem?

    I'm using a Humax HD box and the EPG is 5 minutes late updating.

    If a programme is scheduled to start at say 3pm, the EPG doesnt show the programme details until 3.05pm. up to that it shows the previous program details!

    Have you tried pressing Guide button to make sure the EPG data is current.

    The Guide button shows the correct details but the i button is five minutes behind

    I've gone in and out of both when it happens, but still have to wait the 5 minutes

    Does this happen on every channel on just certain channels?
