Not a bad price at all really, an extra 2GB of RAM would'nt go astray though!

Yup, seems pretty good for a bricks and mortar shop. Put in an extra 2gb of ram in 6 months time and it'd be like new again.
Don't particularly like tosh laptops, the trackpad and bumpy buttons always put me off but for that price i wouldn't mind!

I have this laptop with a pentium dual core. How does this athlon dual core compare to a pentium?

I've had a toshiba for the last 2 years, coun't fault it. It is a heavy laptop, not suitable for carrying around but perfect as a desktop replacement.

In pc world in Liffey Valley, the more expensive price listed is actually including Norton, the smaller one is without Norton which on average knocks €50 off of most laptops.

    Yep, very odd that

A bit OT but maybe its something to do with the fact the website design looks to have come from the 90's  ...

Its like the Aer Lingus website, what a certain flight gets a lot of traffic/hits the price will increase, same probably applies to all the products on powercity.ie, once interest that is shown on an item will probably increase the price thru some clever programming.
