SKY digital box issue

I have SKY digital coming into the house for years and distribute it to other TV's without an issue. Sky cable comes into back of digibox and analog aerial also comes into back of digibox. Cable out of digibox into main TV from output 1 and cable from utput 2 goes into splitter box and into other rooms. Has worked for years. Now SKY channel in other rooms is barely visible. Have SKy done something??
What I have tried and discovered: I also have a scart cable coming from digibox to main tv and if I remove this, the signal from the cable into the main TV is not working either. So I have come to the conclusion that the aerial outputs from the SKY box are no longer working or sky have done something. Is there a setting that I may have mistakenly got set that prevents signals coming from the aerial outputs?? Any help would be appreciated. Its driving me mad.

I would highly doubt it is a problem with your sky box but a problem with the signal strenght of your RTE terrestrial aerial.

Due to the digital trials currently going on most transmitters have been upgraded and signal strenghts increased in power to send them further. Try removing the aerial and see if you can see the sky channel clearly.

If so then an adjustable attentuator mite help to cut down the strenght of the aerial.

Other things you might want to try is to change the freq the sky is coming out on this mite help.

    Do this by the following

    Press services,
    press no 4
    press 0,1 select
    now option 4.

Something I should have mentioned, which may be helpful to techies out there: Terrestrial (we have BBC/ITV etc through this cable also)and sky cables are going into the skybox and then RF1 into main tv and RF2 going into splitter booster in the attic and then to 2 other rooms. (there is also a scart coming from skybox to main tv). All the channels are coming in ok in all the rooms, except SKY.

Now here's the strange part. Before when watching TV in my main room, when I pressed channel 9, that was SKY. If I am watching any other channel and now press 9, It just has a fuzzy channel. If I press the power off button on the SKY remote control and then press it on again, then SKY is fine on channel 9. I never had to do this before., so hope someone else recognises this issue.
